Your 2777sx account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised that activity. This includes bets placed, deposits made and any changes to account settings.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that matches the account holder's verified identity. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the account.
Before your first withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. This typically involves submitting a copy of your CNIC and confirming your registered mobile number. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without repeating full verification unless there has been a change to your account details or payment methods.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily/weekly limits apply and are detailed in the cashier section. VIP account holders have higher withdrawal limits as part of their tier benefits. Any withdrawal that exceeds standard limits may require additional verification or be subject to a manual review period.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real-money balances that have met the applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being removed from your account.
By placing a bet on 2777sx, you confirm that you understand and accept the relevant betting rules for that sport or market. All bets are subject to the specific rules published in the Help section for each sport.
Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this means the ICC or the relevant board (PCB for PSL and domestic competitions). For football, FIFA and the relevant league authority govern settlement. For esports, results from the official tournament operator are used.
In-play (live) bets accepted after the relevant event outcome has already been determined — due to delays in data feeds or any other reason — will be voided and stakes returned. 2777sx makes every effort to ensure in-play markets reflect live event status accurately, but we cannot guarantee zero latency in all market situations.
A bet may be voided if: the event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet was placed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, or the bet is found to have been placed in breach of these Terms. In all void cases, your original stake is returned to your account balance.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. Bets that exceed maximum payout limits will be automatically adjusted at the time of placement.
2777sx reserves the right to limit bet sizes on individual markets, restrict certain bet types on specific accounts, or decline any bet at our discretion — particularly where we have reason to believe a bet is placed with information not available to the general public.
The casino section of 2777sx includes slots, live dealer games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) and instant-win products. All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, real dealers operating under standard table rules.
Return-to-player (RTP) percentages vary by game and are typically published in the game's information panel. Casino games are games of chance — outcomes are random and past results have no bearing on future outcomes.
Live casino games are governed by the table rules displayed within the live game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game hand or spin, the round will be completed and settled according to the result determined at the game server. 2777sx is not responsible for disconnections caused by your device or internet connection.

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing.
All bonuses have an expiry date by which wagering requirements must be completed. Unused bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be removed from your account upon expiry. Expiry dates are stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion.
Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through arbitrage betting, using multiple accounts, or any other method deemed abusive by 2777sx will result in the cancellation of the bonus, possible reversal of related winnings and may lead to account suspension.
